I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM

THAT I'M ENJOYING, TOO.

I AM OBSESSED WITH NEOPETS.

I played back in grade 5/6, then stopped, and then started again 2 years ago? Maybe less? And promptly forgot about it. Then, I walked into my sisters room and saw her playing Neopets and decided to go on.

And that was almost a month ago.

Aside from everything in my rant last journal (I'm feeling much better now because friends reappeared! We also fixed limo plans so now me, the bf and the bast frand are driving there ourselves [well, the bast frand is driving] Also I took a shower and smell much better now, like mangoes and spring breeze, or so I hope) one of the most problematic problems I have in life right now is figuring out what theme to make for my classic neohome's kitchen.

I mean, I have a stone table and grundo chairs so how do I work that

I adopted a neopet, and felt really good about myself, if that isn't facepalm worthy iunno what is...

He's a cute red Zafara named Yurghy, which is a silly name so I call him Zafara and in my headcanon my other neopet, Soleil, a yellow Xweetok, calls him that too and also Zaffy and Zaf man and Zaffers and bugs him cuz he's the older brother she never had and this is why you can't let a writer play neopets because then this happened:

The wooden rooms were really rather sparse, Soleil thought, pacing the floor of the new classic neohouse her owner had gotten. (She had been diligently adding rooms and slowly furnishing them, but themes were always soo hard to decide on and furniture was expensive).

It was also lonely for the only neopet.

Or, it had been. Their owner had gone to the pound, and while looking at the neopets came across an old Zafara-well, older than Soleil. By, like, 112 days. Still old to the naive, forest-dwelling neopet.

And now Soleil had an older brother, who had instantly greeted her nice and friendly. She had smiled back, sweetly, as she normally did with most neopets.

He was a friendly sort, and the Yellow Xweetok found herself padding across her froom on her four paws, her yellow ruff and tail swishing behind her. She wound her way through the common room and found herself in her brothers room.

"Ya know," she began, pouncing up on the temporary bamboo bed, "Your name is really weird."

The red zafara glanced at her, a slight smile on his face. "I'm sure it had some kind of significance to my old owner, whoever he was."

"Yurghy. Yurghy. Yurghyyyyy. It doesn't suit you."

Yurghy had been staring around his bare room, happy to have a nice home once more, before he looked at his sister again. He walked towards his bed, jumping up and leaning back on his hands, watching as Soleil walked around in a circle a few times, mashing her paws into the bed, before tucking her feet under her body, tail happily swishing, face cozy on her front paws.

"Well, what're you gonna call me, then?"

"You are a Zafara."

"Yess..."

"I'm gonna call you Zafara. Zaffy. Zaf. Zafman. Zaffers. The Zafmiester. Sir Zaffington."

He paused for a minute, the tuft of hair between his ears falling forward, springing back up when he smiled at his sister, eyes warm.

"I think I'd like that, Sunny."

Oh, yes, and while doing these things i need to begin my essay due Friday next wekk. That might be wise ^^
